Montelupo tells its story through ceramics: art and landscape meet in a unique urban space.
Inaugurated in 2017, the Atelier Marco Bagnoli is a multifunctional space that the artist conceives as a total work of art. It hosts a continuously evolving temporary exhibition of his works from 1972 to the present, curated by Pier Luigi Tazzi.
The Pro Loco Association of Montelupo organizes a series of events with guided tours focusing on the works it contains. Their mission is to enhance the beautiful structure located at Via della Quercia No. 9, in the Sammontana district of Montelupo, and make it part of the local artistic heritage. The volunteers of Proloco Montelupo will passionately introduce you to the world of the artist Marco Bagnoli, showing in detail the entire external and internal area of the Atelier with references to history, construction, mission, and vision; the period for visits has been
set for the months from April to September/October, for natural light and easy access to all spaces, both indoor and outdoor.
To participate in the guided tour, you need to have the Pro Loco Membership Card, which can also be purchased before the visit at a cost of 5.00 Euros
