Many of these paintings depict the famous Miracles of Saint Peter of Alc\u00e1ntara, like “Christ giving communion to St. Peter of Alc\u00e1ntara” and “the death of Saint Peter of Alc\u00e1ntara.” In the center of the garden, you can still see the “bindolo”, an animal-powered device that was used to draw water from the well.<\/p>\n

The gardens of the Alcantarine fathers in the Ambrogiana area, where the two chapels are also located, are now a public green area. They are therefore freely accessible, although protected by a gate.<\/p>\n
